Birthmarks

Ben had two very distinctive birthmarks that could help identify him.

The first was a “coffee stain” type birthmark located just above his right knee. Unless it was surgically removed, Ben would still have this mark today. Interestingly, his uncle has a very similar birthmark in the same area — and it is his uncle’s knee that is shown in the reference photograph.

The second was a “strawberry” type birthmark on the nape of his neck. However, this particular type of birthmark often fades with age, so it is possible that it may no longer be visible.
